Outfit of the Day - June 21, 2011

  

So, obviously this outfit is from a while back. I have kind of been procrastinating this post for a while but here it is. I wore this to the mall and Barnes and Noble. It is casual with a sophisticated twist added by the navy blue cardigan from Jcpenney by Olsenboye. You guys have seen this denim skirt before but i like playing with it and trying different looks with this denim skirt. All in all this outfit is very cute and casual with a sophisticated twist.

This is what I wore to the mall today. Yea, I know my awkward facial expression is a bit weird but I was in a bit of a rush. The outfit is fairly simple but still cute. If it isnt obvious I am kind of obsessed with denim and skirts. Meaning that I will be wearing denim skirts a lot just as I have been. The shirt is from Forever21. I have had it for a while, and it is still in great condition. I especially like the glittery embellishments that give the shirt a bit of glam.

So obviously I am not in my room as usual. I am on the porch of my family and I's hotel room at the beach in these photos. I wore this outfit today. It is casual with a bit of bling and "sparkle" to it. I don't really wear my hair down much but today I was feeling very chill so I did. Even though it may not look like it, just about everything I am wearing here is retail. Finally, I am very excited about this summer and the rest of my stay at the beach. Today's Outfit - June 5, 2011

Ok, so I this outfit is fairly simple. I wore it to the movies. I saw Kung Fu Panda 2 with my family which was amazing and of course very funny. The denim skirt is actually a fairly recent purchase. It is very comfortable and goes with pretty much anything. I don't really wear flip flops much but I was feeling very laid back today. The skirt definitely follows the very popular denim trend for spring and summer. Even though plaid isn't nearly as advertised as it has been in previous years it is definitely still trending for spring and summer. So, overall I like this outfit, but I love to hear your opinions!

Today's Outfit - April 29, 2011

 

This is what I wore to a church event a few days ago. I am so sad that this is the last day of spring break but I am also ready to see my friends again.  I just recently bought this Hollister shirt. It is my first Hollister purchase and I really like it. You guys have all seen this necklace before. I have had it for a while and have worn it many times. At the bottom is a pair of jean capris which you can slightly see, from Kohls, and a pair of flip flops. So, this outfit was very casual but with a sort of "beachy" feel. :)

What I wore for Easter 2011

 

Happy Easter to all!So this is what I wore to church this morning. It is very simple but still nice. The shoes you cant see are just some simple black wedges.Surprisingly, this dress is from Sears. I usually do not like clothes from Sears, but I really like this dress. So, overall my outfit for Easter this year was very simple yet sophisticated.

 Ok, so this outfit is not recent at all. I wore this in mid- March. The bottom, is a black frilled skirt and black leggings with black ankle boots. I actually wore this to my birthday party. I have been doing a lot with makeup lately also, obviously from my face. This outfit is very fun and glamorous while also casual.

So, this is what I wore to school today. We had a dress down day today which was amazing! I just recently bought this top from H&M. I love it. Its really cute.Its also great because ruffles are very in.  It was only $17.95.  I have worn the blue plaid top a lot already but never get tired of it.For the bottom I am just wearing my navy blue Old Navy Jeans and black Converse. I am for the first time in a blogpost wearing makeup! I got the Too Faced Pixie PinUps for Christmas and love it!I was going for a nice soft sort of misty eye. I didnt want it to be too dark but still with the same color scheme. I am also wearing foundation, blush, and mascara. Makeup is really fun. So, I will definitely be wearing these pieces again. I really like this outfit and hope you do too.

Today's Outfit

So this is what I wore to Barnes and Noble today. I decided to go with the menswear trend today, so I am wearing my red button up shirt with black pin stripes and my new fedora.I got the fedora for Christmas and am absolutely loving it. What is also new is my necklace, which I got from my aunt for Christmas. I am also wearing my ever so classic pea coat. These are worn with my black jeans and all black Converse. All in all this a very simple yet classic look.

Tonight's Outfit

So, this is what I wore to the movies a few hours ago. My family and I went to see Tangled, and it was amazing! The movie was so cute and so romantic. This coat is definetely not new but still great. I am wearing my purple Olsenboye long sleeved thermal which I am loving. On the bottom I am wearing a pair of green cordorys from Dressbarn and ankle boot heels that are White Mountain from Belk.  Also I am loving being on Christmas break. The past few days have been so relaxing and just wonderful.

This is what I wore to church today. I had to wear white for choir singing and add some red to it. The necklace is actually my moms which is why you guys have not seen it before. I really like it though so maybe I will steal it and wear it more. Obviously I got my hair straightened. It feels really different but I think I will keep it like this for at least the rest of the week. So, yeah and I am really sorry for not updating for so long. Today's Outfit

So, this is what I wore to the mall today. I(aka, my mom ;) was able to buy a few shirts from Forever21, but they are part of my Christmas presents so I will show them in a Christmas blog post and/or haul video. I wear berets a lot during the fall and winter. I added the white bow because I thought it would add a bit of spark to the usual blackness of the beret. I am wearing one of my new Olsenboye tops from JcPenney.It is really comfy and cute. I love it. For accessories, I am wearing my usual black heart necklace, some beaded braclets, and a lime green watch. Of course, I am once again wearing my favorite Old Navy jeans. Even though you guys can't see my shoes they are simple converse in  a light shade of pink. This outfit is very casual but very cute. In short, a great casual outfit for fall.

What I wore to the movies

This is what I wore to the movies today. My family and I went to see Megamind. It was not amazing but not horrible. Overall I would give the movie 3 and 1/2 stars. This outfit is casual but with a bit of a " bedazzled" twist.The jeans I am wearing are just like the Old Navy skinny jeans I am always talking about, except they are boot cut instead of skinny. I love sweaters! I especially love gray sweaters. Gray is a very subtle but lovely color. The shirt obviously is the bedazzled twist. I love this shirt! It is just so cool with the little rhinestones on it. I also think the scarf gives the outfit a bit more excitement too. I love animal print, even though I do not own a lot of it. I love this outfit. Also I can not wait for Thanksgiving tomorrow! So excited!! I hope you guys have a great Thanksgiving too!

This is what I wore to church today. This is one of those outfits that makes me feel very cute and doll like. Once again I am wearing my favorite black heart necklace from Hot Topic. I love it. It goes with almost all of my outfits. I am also holding my blue denim Olsenboye cross-body purse. I love little purses like these! They are so cute and easy to carry. Overall this outfit was very casual, but had some accessories that made it a bit more interesting.

This is what I wore to my friend's house, yesterday. It is really your basic  " All American" fall look. It has that American Eagle feel without breaking the bank. A beret is an accessory that is very flexible and easy to afford. I really like this outfit. It is simple but attractive.

Youve been hit by....a smooth criminal!

 

So I decided to finally show you guys what I wore for Halloween. I was the one and only...Michael Jackson! I like making costumes out of real clothes. This was not hard to put together at all. The only things I had to buy were the glove and hat. Everything else was already owned. It was really fun not only being Michael Jackson for Halloween but simply being a celebrity. I will definitely do it again next year, maybe not Michael but definitely a celebrity. I got a ton of candy trick or treating and had lots of fun with my friends. Also this is my 50th post! Thanks everybody! This blog is gonna go far!

This is what I wore on Sunday to an event at my friend's church. It took place outside and kind of chilly so I went casual and wore my pea coat. This outfit is casual but cool and has a good balance of colors that go together well.

This is what I wore Friday.My mom said I was " All dressed up" because the only place I went in this outfit was Walmart. Yet, I always like to look nice, no matter where I go. We went to get my sister's birthday presents. Her birthday is actually today. She is nine. I thought I would change up the scene a bit so I took this picture in front of the fireplace in my house. I am also sitting instead of standing. So, once again I am wearing my black flower bow headband and my heart necklace. You guys have seen this top before but not with these jeans. I often repeat individual clothes but I never repeat outfits. I am totally loving stripes right now. Stripes and plaid are great patterns to wear during the fall.

My Wicked Outfit for Dress Down Day!

 

Ok, so obviously I found a way to get pictures from my camera to my laptop. So you are now free to ooh and ah at my immense technological knowledge ( which really isn't much ;) . This is what I wore for Dress Down Day at my school on Thursday. Friday was a Teacher Workday so I did not have school! Which was great because we rarely get any dress down days. I am like addicted to this gray jacket right now. It is so flexible and it zips up diagonally which is really cool. I am also really loving the red and black striped tunic. I honestly could wear it as a dress too because of how long it is.Overall my goal for this look was too look of course doll like but also kinda dark and mysterious while still being casual. I believe that goal was accomplished.

Papa Paparazzi! ;)

 

This is what I wore to choir rehearsal tonight. I am wearing my t- shirt that says - "The Paparazzi love Me!"
I love this shirt. It's one of those special clothes that always makes me feel like a rockstar when I wear it. I was trying to look all mysterious with my face and all, thinking that the outfit would speak for itself. Also I am super happy cause I got good grades on my progress report! :)
