This is my favorite look from the EMAS. I love how Miley sort of stepped out of her comfort zone with this look. Instead of wearing black, she went with white. Even though white is a very pure color, Miley as always added a little crazy to it. I love the black tie with what looks like a flower at the top. Although this is different, it still goes with her " rocker" look. Overall, it is a great look on her and I would totally wear it to a party or formal event.
I love Miley, too. This dress looks so fab on her. But this was from I believe last year, right? This year she didn't look as great with the train attached to her dress.
